🍃 09:00 – 10:00 AM: Yin Yoga Asana Practice

🍃 10:00 – 11:00 AM: Breakfast

🍃 11:00 – 12:15 PM: Yin Adjustment & Alignment

🍃 12:15 – 01:45 PM: Yin Philosophy / Anatomy / Ayurveda

🍃 01:45 – 02:30 PM: Lunch

🍃 03:15 – 04:00 PM: Karma Yoga

🍃 04:00 – 05:30 PM: Evening Yin Asana Practice

🍃 06:00 – 07:30 PM: Dinner

🍃 07:30 – 08:30 PM: Special Classes / Goa Experience (Ecstatic Dance, Sauna)

🍃 10:00 PM: Lights Out
