- Sound Healing: The Power of sound and frequency has an impact on all of nature. During our group sound bath, various instruments will be played such as Himalayan singing bowls to raise the vibration and dissipate negative energy.
- Ecstatic dance: Ecstatic dance is a dance of liberation. Dance to our specially curated music that will take you on a journey. Dance in this space of non judgement, as if no one is looking and unleash your power.
- Traditional music (Gnaoua/Hadra): Traditional Moroccan musicians will play their traditional instruments for your group imbibing you with the feeling of the rich and traditional Moroccan culture from times gone by.
- Walk on the beach: Join us for a mindful walk together across the sands. Connecting with nature, experiencing the senses and living in the present moment.
